Let me start my story about what is considered to be the most "Fringe" and "Weird" diet in the world with a little survey.
(But as a sidenote, the power of raw foods is not only one of the most well-known "rejuvenation" secretsof
celebrities and Hollywood stars (such as Demi Moore, Pierce Brosnan,
Sting, Carol Alt, and many others) it is also a concept that has the
potential of giving you what you're looking for: incredible health,
increased energy, and a youthful and slim body).
But first, let me see if what I have to say today applies to you.

A Health Survey
You have amazing energy. You wake up in the morning ready to go, and you rarely feel ups an downs in your energy during the day.
Your skin looks great. People often comment how clear your skin is.

Confusion Reason #1:"I don't know if I can get enough nutrients and protein with just raw foods."
Frederic's Response: In my book "The Raw Secrets" as well as in the course "How to End Confusion About Nutrition,"
I go in details about how you can get not only ENOUGH protein on the
raw food diet, but also which foods to eat to get the best quality
amino acids (the building blocks of protein). I also discuss how you

Confusion Reason #2:"I don't want to limit my diet to just raw foods."
Frederic's Response:
